PDF Viewer in flash

I am in need of a flash PDF viewer that only let the user view the pdf.

I cannot find any online, so if no one knows of one, i would certain be willing to hire a sub contractor to build one for me.

If you know of a flash pdf viewer please point me to it. If you can program one for me, i'd can pass along that information to my client, but I need to know about how much it would cost.

It should allow viewing, panning, and zooming.

Hi micamedia

Here are two links that will do about the only thing you can do with flash and PDF's.
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashpaper/examples/
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashpaper/

Because PDF's are a totally different program than flash is and you can open a pdf with a link from flash simliar to the way you would on a html website.  But the only way to view a pdf in flash is to use the option above and that really isn't viewing it in flash it is using a version of macromedia which makes flash to view the  file.

yes.. i have seen flash paper. It's not viewing PDFs. It's a totally seperate format, that happens to have a process to covert the PDFs.

Actually flashpaper would be a pretty good solution if there was a way to automatically covert the uploaded PDF files to Flash paper via php. In fact it would be PERFECT if there was a way to do that.

Only Macromedia doesn't seem to have any way to that via PHP that i can see.

I don't think that will ever be a option because all you would have to do is upload you files to a sever then they are converted and saved on a ftp server to be downloaded.  That would allow anyone to use there software for free.  If you know what I mean.    I don't think you are going to find a flash pdf viewer other than flash paper out there.  Can you be more specific on what your use is going to be with this and maybe there is a better option out there for you.
