I have recently had to re-install my usb-usb network adapter to both my desk top and laptop, however i am having some difficulty with it, in the previous installation an icon was displayed on both machines in the network connections as a bridge adapter, this allowed me to access the internet from my laptop through my desktop, however since re-installing this i no longer have this icon displayed and can therefore not set my DNS configuration. &nbsp;The adapter is working and i can access both machines, but not the internet. &nbsp;my desk top is on broadband so constantly connected. &nbsp;I have recently installed microsoft net an xpservice pack 2 would this cause any problems.<br />

usb-usb network bridge adapter does not show in network connections
