how to recovery file after pc power off and restart

Dear sir,

Today i edit my asp file, but suddenly the power is off and then i start my pc again, but badly is my asp file edit by frontpage xp is can't open alraedy,

when me open the file by notepad, it is show empty, when me try using frontpage xp to open, it prompt me got binary data inside, and let me choose open as html, rtf or text, but after i choose all option, open to frontpage also is empty.

so how can i recover my file? i didnt got any windows restore option.

i had try many file recovery software, but look like didnt help me at all. so hope experts here can give me some advice.

I'm afraid that your file may be corrupted and not recoverable.

I can only suggest that you can prevent this loss of information by using an ninterruptible power supply (UPS).
