Command line (Start-->execute) to show IIS admin console in XP Pro ?

Easy but urgent.
I need the command line (to issue in a dos box or in start-->execute menu) to show th IIS Admin console (where you see the root website, SMTP/FTP Servers, ...)

save an msc with the sanpin
and in the does type
start "/path/to/mscfile"
