Tomcat Case sensitivity

I've a file cmnWFList.jsp. While including the file in another jsp page.

I gave as
 <%@include file="cmnWfList.jsp" %>

Please note, the Case here.... (small "f" instead
of "F" in the file name)

It works fine, if tomcat is running under Windows. But fails, if tomcat runs under Linux.

How to set the Case Sensitivity of Tomcat ??(Meaning irrespective of OS, it has to work the same way)

Thanks in Advance

NOTE: This flag MUST NOT be set to true on the Windows platform (or any other OS
which does not have a case sensitive filesystem), as it will disable case sensitivity
checks, allowing JSP source code disclosure, among other security problems.
