We are using 50 + Resource mailboxes in our environment. Meeting room booking is going good.
Now I got a request from users.
Whenever we book the room for a specific period of time it will go busy & normally it will be blue. Suppose somebody want to book the same room same time he can see that the room is busy by looking the Blue mark. But they can’t see the details of the bookings.
What I am looking for is they should see the booking details and booking person name..

Meeting Room A booked by Sales manager for a sales Representatives meeting.
Time: Monday 10.00 – 11.00 AM
Now VP’s secretary looking to book for Meeting Room A for VPs meeting on the same day & time.
She can’t book the room since it is busy. And she won’t get the information about Representative meeting called by the sales manager.
In this scenario what user looking for is to see the information about the booking.
So the she can call the sales manger and explain him that she needs to schedule a meeting for VPs on Meeting room A on same time same day.. So that he can postpone the meeting or can keeps it on diff meeting room.
