Try to find a "Phone Book application" who connect to Active Directory

The best thing I could find would be that it:

1. Connect to AD
2. Is freeware/opensource
2. Is C# code or at least dotNET

And would be great but not mandatory to be a Sharepoint 2003 WebPart

You may be able to join these two projects to make it, I could not find an open source project for it
For phone book
