Domino Document Manager 6.5.1 binder security

Dom Doc Manager 6.5.1 running on Domino 5.0.12 on win2003 server. When a binder is being created, there's an option to select security access (who can read, edit binder). The dialog box that is supposed to appear when this option is selected (add/remove groups) appears to be incomplete. ie there are no groups/users to select.

I've also tried to modify the access control after creating the binder and checked out the binder - A slightly more 'complete' dialog box appears but there are no groups/users to choose from.

help....

You specify the access for File Cabinet.. And you promote them to manager or higher access for binders. Without specifying anything for file cabinet you cannot choose anyone to be promoted for the binder !

hemanth,
I created a group called 'everyone' which I gave reader access to the cabinet. I then tried to create a binder under the cabinet with the same result as previously described

qwalatee,
no choice of address books....

try with usernames and other level of access.. I believe in binder you can leverage the access level., but from reader I don't think you can bump the access up.. atleast author should favour

Not manager...give them editor and try. If that doesn't help then contact the support about this issue, it could be a bug
