change size of .dmg

I created a passworded .dmg to store sensitive files on my comp. The problem is it has maxed out at 37Mb and nothing else can fit inside it - is there some way to increase the size of this volume?

Just create a new image, and copy the contents of the old image to it. There's no way to make it larger.
