Can we rename avseq.dat?

Is there any way to burn vcd with any other name other than avseq.dat?Alternatively, is there way to incorporate titles of the  video clips so that they appear at the time of playback of the vcd?

Mahesh Bhai,

You can rename your mpeg files in the Nero when you compile them as VCD.

After adding the files, you will see them being renamed as AVSEQ01, 02 etc.

You can rename them to MUSIC01.dat, MUSIC02.dat etc.

MUSIC01.dat and AVSEQ.dat are the only two names i have seen working fine across all VCD players.

AVSEQ stands for AudioVideoSEQuence.

As for subtitles, thumbnails, use NERO to create VCDs, it gives the option to generate an interface for your video files.
