1) Open the CGSO$CANVAS_TAB properties.
2) Change canvas type to content from tab.
3) Change the width property to desired value, for current testcase I  modified this to 6.0 from 5.333.
4) Change canvas type 'content' back to 'tab'. 5)Save the library and and regenerate the form.

This will work only when module component width is not set in repository.

First of all a canvas of type 'TAB' is not the same as a canvas of type  'CONTENT'. There is a difference between those two so simply changing the  type might solve this problem but can cause different behaviour so not  recommended. .

Secondly increasing the width of the canvas CGSO$CANVAS_TAB solves the  problem of wrapping the items in this case. However as a result of increasing  the width of the canvas CGSO$CANVAS_TAB also the width of the main content  canvas is increased, from 5.8 into 6.1. This is an unwanted behaviour as most  customer will have a standard width for their main content canvas. . Furthermore after increasing the canvas CGSO$CANVAS_TAB you still see the 0.5  inch of space available. .

So changing the width of the canvas in the object library does not solve the  actual problem.
