Reading dbf files using JAVA

What tool or JAR file should i use to read DBF files in order to migrate information with an automated JAVA process, to PostgreSQL ?

Hi
I have not tested the above links, so my answer is maybe useless.
Assuming you are using a Win OS of som kind, in which you are able to create ODBC connections to several kind of databasetypes. With ODBC you are able to select from the first and insert into the other databasetype with a simple java program.
