MAC OS 9.2
3Com CMX Cable Modem (model 2940)
MacPoet

The combination of the above is alledgedly locking up the two macs owned by a friend of mine.  Computer working fine, until logging onto network with winpoet then the cursor locks up and refuses to budge.

Has anyone else heard of this combination causing this behaviour??
What other questions need asked??

thanx
