Still spyware in this HijackThis log?

This is the "after" log, after running SpyBot S&D.  I'm pretty sure there is still spyware left.  Any suggestions as to what should be eliminated, and how, would be much appreciated.

Aftyer thsi reboot the machine and run it again but with the latest version and post the log back here.
