i have the paths to the picture stored in the database and i want to be able to display each employee's picture against its data, am using the crystal report that came with microsoft visual studio.Net 2003, does anyone have an idea of how to do this, it is very urgent.<br />
P.s: the code should be written in vb.net as i am a vb person
