Even it has documentation regarding the API in the zip file available.

You need to create Java Wrapper arround it

According to this API

there are 3 formats
1. Best Encryption
2. Compressable Encrytion
3. Normal

It will not support 2003 outlook formats.,supports 2000 and 97
and also LIBPST is failing to parse the Best Encryption formats.

And LIBPSt supprorts only PST format and will not support OST format

But take care that  the API is developed to make Unix mail box as destination. U need to do some changes in that code for making that to work for ur code
