How to make Contivity Client pass through ISA2004?

Hi all,
I've installed ISA2004 on my Win2003. And this machine works as the gateway to the Internet for the other machines inside the corperation's network.
We have to use the Contivity Client, which is provided by Notel, to connect to the VPN server located on the internet. Now the problem is how I can setup rules to get through the wall set by ISA.
I've setup a Access Rule including all VPN protocals predefined by ISA, but fail. The Contivity Client programme shows "Checking for banner text from: XX.XX.XX.XX" and then "The secure Contivity VPN connection has been lost. Click Connect to re-establish the connection." After these messages, my ISA client shows disconnect to the ISA server.
   This is the problem.
How to make Contivity Client pass through ISA2004? Is there any other settings I missed?
   Thks

Check that article out - specifically the bottom section that refers to the Nortel VPN client.  Also, make sure you are using the latest Contivity client AND server firmware as the IPSec implementation must support NAT-T.

(by the way, I think this topic is in the wrong section) :)
