Deskjet 840c won't print colour
Hi all
Hope someone can help me regarding my printer problem. I bought 2 new compatable versions of HP printer catridges 1 black and 1 colour. On installing I found that the colour would not print. I downloaded my printer driver from the HP website and was assured of the latest driver. So I removed and reseated my colour catridge, that didnt work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, that didnt work, I went on the HP website and went though a troubleshooting tried about 3 sollutions regarding my problem, that didnt work. I cleaned my catridges using the HP software, that didnt work. I am coming to think is it a faulty catridge but I did buy it brand new so is it possibly having problems with compatible catridges? when i print a test page the black prints fine but there is just no colour there and for some shades of colour it will print them in grey only a few colours ive noticed for this though.
Hope someone can help
