BB7210 Redirector Problem

I have a small problem, one of our users is using a BB7210 with OfficeXP, without BES. The redirector is being used in an exchange environment, but nothing has change recently. When I opened the redirector it listed that they had received 20 forwards, and no replies from the handheld. I attempted to reply to a test message that I sent from my account to theirs, on the handheld it showed a green check mark until about an hour later it would turn to a red "X" with an error of "Transaction error - timeout". They are able to receive emails without any problems, as well as compose a new email. But they are not able to reply to any received emails. I made sure that the key was the same on the handheld and in the desktop manager. They are using redirector 3.6. I have been searching for a resolution for this issue, but I have failed to find a valid one yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I'm open to any suggestions. Thank You

Am I reading you correctly that new messages transmit OK but hitting reply to a received message will not transmit?

If so, this is not a problem with the redirector......it is either a hardware problem with the handheld transmitter....least likely......or software corruption on the handheld....most likely since it will transmit new mail, but not replies.  I would suggest that you reload the handheld OS.  If that doesn't cure it than you may indeed have a hardware problem on the handheld.

To reload the handheld OS:
Go to: ....http://www.blackberry.com/support/downloads/aws/index.shtml. , pick the software for  your handheld, download it, run it on the desktop that it syncs to..place the handheld in the cradle   ..then open the desktop manager and do a manual sync......it will reload the software, then you can re-sync the data, contacts, mail etc........

You are 100% on the replying to a message. I'll give that a shot and let you know. Thanks
