BB7210 Redirector Problem

I have a small problem, one of our users is using a BB7210 with OfficeXP, without BES. The redirector is being used in an exchange environment, but nothing has change recently. When I opened the redirector it listed that they had received 20 forwards, and no replies from the handheld. I attempted to reply to a test message that I sent from my account to theirs, on the handheld it showed a green check mark until about an hour later it would turn to a red "X" with an error of "Transaction error - timeout". They are able to receive emails without any problems, as well as compose a new email. But they are not able to reply to any received emails. I made sure that the key was the same on the handheld and in the desktop manager. They are using redirector 3.6. I have been searching for a resolution for this issue, but I have failed to find a valid one yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I'm open to any suggestions. Thank You
