MDaemon 6.8.5 SMTP not working

Hello Experts:

I have been incredibly frustrated with sending mail from my mail-server.  I'm running MDaemon 6.8.5. I can receive e-mail no problem and the SMTP Port  is open on the firewall.  My IP is 24.97.252.155.  Below is the message that i'm getting from the mail server:

Could I be black listed in a spam database?

Any help would be appreciated.

Your computer is trying to receive information on port 3121.  See if you open a range of ports like 3100-3200.  Then try,
