I have found that ( for some reason ) my IPAQ and Outlook 2003 have built multiple copies of many/most of my appointments, especially those in the past. &nbsp;The limit seems to be three copies of an appointment for that time slot/day. &nbsp;As I am syncing both at work and home with this IPAQ the 'damage' has spread to both copies of Outlook. &nbsp;<br />

In trying to resolve this I've found a number of shareware programs which purport to remove duplicate entries both on the IPAQ as well as in Outlook. &nbsp;The problem purportedly occurs when using Outlook with Exchange as well. &nbsp;But as this seems to be a known issue I was wondering why Microsoft and/or HP have not addressed it? Thus this post: &nbsp;<br />

Is anyone aware of a free fix or script one might run to clean up exact duplicate entries in Outlook? &nbsp;<br />
