Any Experience with Bandwidth.com?

Has anyone had any experience in dealing with a bandwidth reseller called "Bandwidth.com"?

My company is considering making the switch from DSL to T1 service, and their quotes for their "wholesale" rates are considerably less than those from carriers themselves. But my boss wants to know if it's a company we can trust.

P.S. I'll try to split points among any who respond with details of their service.

They appear to be a CLEC, offering services via already existing lines.  I have never dealt with them myself, so if I were you I would call one of their customers and talk to them about the service they provide.  In fact, I would call several just to be sure.

We decided to go with our current provider, Verizon, who gave us a good price with a longer contract. So we won't be getting any experience with Bandwidth.com either.

I think that is a good idea (Verizon).  They probably own the lines that Bandwidth uses anyway, and you usually get better service from the owner vs. those that lease the lines.

Good luck, and thanks..
