Menu Bar Missing from Outlook 2000
One of our users has lost her Menu Bar in Outlook (the one that has File, Edit, View, Tools, Actions etc on it) And I can't figure out how to get it back.
What I have discovered is that if you go Start Run and type '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OUTLOOK.EXE" /safe' it opens Outlook with the menu there, but it doesn't retain the menu when you close it and open it using the icon on the desktop or the from the Start menu.
So in the mean time I have the user opening Outlook with the run command each day, but I want to fix it properly.
None of the right click functions seem to have the answer, 'Alt V' won't bring up the view menu, it hasn't been dragged to the side anywhere, recreating the Outlook profile didn't work, reinstalling Office 2000 didn't work, and so far I haven't come across a solution under the Help button, on the Microsoft site or google.
