New to Domino - Failed to recieve mails from outside world

just getting my feets wet in domino. I have built a domino server v 6. which at the moment is capable of sending emails from the notes client to the outside world (like yahoo for instance). for that I have provided the IP address of our existing SMTP server [which is not using Domino] in Relay Host settings.
what steps i need to follow in order to recieve emails from say yahoo to the notes user.

You need to configure your existing smtp server, that it knows about your domino users, and it forwards incoming mail to your domino box.  You could use LDAP (enable LDAP on the domino server, and haveyour smtp server query this before accepting mail); or just plain forward all mail for a certain domain to your domino server - there are a lot of other possibilities !

On the Domino side, you must create a Global Domain document, where you can specify what's the domain (internet domain) you will be accepting mail for.  A Configruation document can help finetune what you will be accepting.  Note that you could have mail delivered directly on your domino box, if you change your dns mx record, and you make the domino server available on the internet (incoming port 25), but I don't think that's what you are trying to do.
