Hi:

I would like to know if any domain name status is like the following,  then how can I notify about availability without back order option? :

Lock Status: PENDINGDELETE

the domain becomes available 90 days from the expiration of the domain name..  basically it is in the PENDINGDELETE status if the person doesn't pay their bill and the domain name expires.   the PENDINGDELETE is so that no one can just immediately take over the name like in the past..

you just have to call the registrar and find out when the name will expire and mark it on your calendar.
