How to configure RAID SCSI drives on my Web Server

I was able to set up a Web Server with Windows 2000 Server. The Server has 6 SCSI hard drives on it. Now I am going to get a RAID SCSI controller but I need some guidance on how to configure it. Any link for RAID tutorial would be helpful.
