Every time i use emule with DSL modem (Netopia Caymen 3300) i keep geting a low ID and cannot download anything.<br />
even when i disable the win xp firewall and Norton Firewall it still wont work.<br />

im told i need to configure my modem to forward something....i have no idea can anyone help?<br />
