I just recieved my eOpen License and media for Office Pro 2k3, I have installed it on a couple of work stations so far and have not had to activate it. I have a license for 35. Will it let me know when I have reached my 35 station limit?

No it will not warn you when you reach the 35 computers. You can continue to use it but make sure to buy extra licences when you continue above the 35.
