I have a Cisco Pix 515e and I was wondering if anyone knew how to block traffic from a certain IP adress.  The problem is that there's a machine out there sending my company thousands of e-mails a day just tryng to spam us.  It's all coming from one IP address does anyone know a way to block this?   Thanks

Easy. Assuming that you already have an inbound traffic access-list that is permitting smtp from "any", just add a block at the top of the acl:

access-list inbound_acl deny ip host <spammer ip> any
<rest of inbound_acl>

Always re-apply the acl when changing it:
  access-group inbound_acl in interface outside
