vb.net + system.Security.Permissions.SecurityPermission

i have built a simple vb.net application that i want to be able to run from a shared drive over the network,  the problem is i get this erro when i run it.

The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy.  The operation required the SecurityException.  To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator, or use Microsoft .NET security policy administration tool.

System.Security.Permissions.SecurityPermission

i have ran the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 wizard on the computer where the application is housed and changed the local intranet to full trusted, but it still doesn't work.

you need to do it on the client machine, not the local machine ...

You need to adjust the security.

Open the Control Panel
Open Administrative tools
Open Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 Wizards
Click Adjust .Net Security
click Next
Select Local Intranet
Change the level of trust to Full
click next
click Finish

i have tried adjusting the machine on both the machine where the application resides and where i am trying to run the machine and still the same error.  

Changing the security on all the machines is a tough option as there is a lot of machines on the network, what i want to do is when an error occurs on a machine the user can run this small application that will take a screen shot of the machine then save the file on the a shared drive on the network, the user can not use print screen themselves as the machines are locked down, is there any way i can accomplish this? without having to install .NET on all the machines and also changing the security on all the machines.

write it in a non-.net language.

there is no way to run a .net app without installing the framework.
