Log Off is grayed out

I use Windows XP Professional SP1

When I press ctrl Alt Del, the Log Off option is grayed out. I can access it from the Start menu.

I upgraded to SP2 but have the same situation

Any help appreicated

Disable this policy NoLogoff via registry or through Group Policy Editor.
