Hi,

I'm looking for info/pics on the architecture of mySAP CRM. A search on Google only gives me hits from www.sap.com and sapgenie. Can anyone give me a hint on where to find something like that? I need functional as well as technical overview.

regards,

henrik

Hi Henrik

The best is really to use www.sap.com and then enter the CRM area and download whitepapers etc.

See link http://www.sap.com/solutions/business-suite/crm/index.aspx if this is not good enogh the there is always the service.sap.com but that requires that you register but in here there is all the info that you require

I found a better way: Use google and search under the pictures tab for SAP Architecture...
