Tooltip in combobox MFC

Hello ,
my question is : How can we show the tooltip when the Combobox is dropped down and mouse is going through the items(I want to add discription for each item in combobox)?

This sample shows full item text as tooltip. If you need something else, try to modify XTipComboBox.OnMouseMove function.
