Boy, that is a pretty weak feature for Microsoft. &nbsp;I can't believe they haven't come up with a better way to resolve this. &nbsp;Now when looking in the PAB every name shows up twice if they have a fax number associated with them.

How do I prevent my Contacts' fax numbers from appearing when typing their name into the To: field when typing an email in Outlook 2003? &nbsp;We use SBS 2003, but are not using the fax routing tool, so I have no need to select a fax number when typing an email.
