register and run program as system service

Hi !
i'd like to run and register my program as system service, without window. How do I do
that and how do I install the service in the Windows Service Manager ??

This is a small tutorial. My first service runs great. Now I'm wondering if I have to install
it once with the /install switch or each time windows starts. I'll play around with it.
