When my assistant adds an appointment to my calendar it shows up on my pc one hour ahead. <br />

My assistant has full access to my outlook from her pc. She can open my calendar and make appointments. When she adds an appointment for 9am it appears on my outlook on the correct date but at 10am. This never happened before. The time/date are correct on both pc's and the exchange server. Please advise.<br />
