Error preparing EJB Module

I am trying to deploy an ear file for application currently running on a SUN platform.I am running HPUX 11.11 Weblogic 7.0sp2 and when i try to deploy the application i get the following error:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

I have tried different memory arguments for the managed Server and still cannot resolve this error.

Thanks for submitting your answer but i have tried all of suggestions in the article you pointed me too.I was thinking on using ejbc to compile one of the jar files manually and see if i can reproduce the error message.Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
