Work on the helpdesk here for a large organization ... we have a huge volume of calls dealing with users who have lost their outlook profile for one reason or another ... it would be my dream to have an app that would do this for us ( or a script - i'm pretty good with vb & others )
Are there any tools out there that allow for scripted or auto-configuration of a given users outlook settings ? ie. adding the exchange server, adding the personal address book and personal folders (if any) ?
We just upgraded to exchange 2003, and we have all versions of outlook from '97, to 2003, however most are setup with office 2002
