let say i have a good roaming profile that i want all user to use the same instead of create every user difference roaming? how would i do that?

Will users be using different login names or the same login name?

Create a template user with all the settings you want, including your captured roaming profile.  Then copy that instead of creating a new account to create the users.  

Are you using active directory?

difference login
yes login domain with active directory.
