How to resize windows

I know I probably have an extremely simple problem but I have tiled my windows and am now unable to get the new window that pops up during a  new message to stay in the place that I drag it to. I continue to try to tile and untile the windows but it shows back up in the wrong place. Can someone tell me what I am missing?

Did you restart the machine or try to logoff and log back on to see if the untile gets effective.

Right-click on task bar and make sure tile windows horizontally and vertically are both unchecked

Now open Outlook and see what happens..

I have restarted after I move the window and purposely resize it. I have also resized it and then closed it, but it comes back the old size. On the task bar, everything is untiled. I have even tiled, resized, close out window and then untile. But the new window remains the same.

It probably doesn't matter but I am using Outlook Web Access.

dcplectrum,

Have you changed your browser to see if that would help

Also disable pop-up blocker in your browser.

so when you click on NEW in Outlook Web access, the new compose window opens right ?
