Is anyone aware of a reasonably priced solution to play a European PAL Playstation 2 on a U.S. NTSC television.<br />

My first try was to use a PAL TV on a voltage converter, but the TV's surge on startup blew the fuse. &nbsp;There is an inexpensive NTSC to PAL converter, but not the other way round. &nbsp;Any help would be much appreciated.<br />
