From Outlook 2003 when I open a Word attachment, I get a box popup which states "command cannot be performed"

When I receive an email with a Word document attachement and try to open this via Outlook 2003, Word starts up but before the document is opened, a box pops up which states "The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open. Click OK and then close dialog boxes to continue"

I do click 'OK' and document will then open, but I have no other dialog boxes open. I find this msg very annoying and can't seem to see where it is comeing from.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Kk

Thanks Kaarthick.
It was an Adobe PDF maker which was startinf up all the time.

It's also caused by the Word interface in SnagIt v7.2.1 (latest as of post date).

I don't know about prior versions since I've never run SnagIt until recently.

Workaround is to simply go into SnagIt, choose Tools / Program Preferences / Add-Ins and uncheck the Word add-in.
