RIS Problem. "Missing CD Image on Server"...

I have a W2k Server DC, RIS is installed, as is DHCP.  I used a w2kpro cd (with sp4 slipstreamed), and made an image using the RIS console, putting it in E:\RemoteInstall.  On a w2kpro computer, I set it up like I wanted (using the same w2kpro cd w/ sp4), installed hotfixes, officexp, officexp sp1, etc.  I had even "verified server" from the remote install tab under the DC properties, everything checked out fine.  When I run riprep from the w2kpro computer, I get a window stating "Missing CD Image on Server", "The server to which you chose to replicate this system does not contain a CD-based image.  The version of the CD-based image on the server must match the version of the system you are attempting to copy.  Select a different server or add a CD-based image to this server.".  Any ideas?

Thank you very mucy for the reply!  Unfortunately, it seems as if that's all I can do is to remove the hotfixes.  Thx for the help and for the links! :)
