Yep, it's called Silhouette and it's available as either a standalone app or a plugin for Illustrator.

There's also a windows version but i dont think it comes as a standalone app.

I need WinXP version, I found it at   http://www.silhouetteonline.com/   it was hard to find from versiontracker for some reason.

Yikes $300

Well that is what I asked for, I'm going to check it out.
