Integrating IIS 6 with Apache Tomcat

Can someone please give me a definitive guide on how to integrate IIS 6 with Apache Tomcat so that the both web services can run on the same server using the same port 80? I am using Apache Tomcat version 4.1.30 and Java 2 SDK version 1.4.2_04
