I am looking for a manged or "unsafe" (i.e.: .NET) version of the Windows 32 BitBlt function.  Do you guys know of any, or know how to do this?

I think this is related to your previous question about screen capture.
Check this link for screen capture without BitBlt

http://www.thecodeproject.com/csharp/cscapturescreen1.asp
on this page there is a link for "An alternative method" that gives a link to  www.compositae.no/source.htm for PrintForm
That might help, cuz that function doesnot use BitBlt
