Can't open email in outlook client & OWA

When I try to read my email in outlook, it says it can't open the email.  I try to use OWA but I get an error
"HTTP Error 405 - The HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed".  I need help quickly...thanks.

This is probably due to a problem with the IIS server - are you using Windows 2003?
If so the problem may be due to compression resulting in access corruption:
