c103aa1d in ADC to SRS

I just installed Exchange 2003 in my 5.5 org.  As per MS, I want to change the ADC connector in the site that has 2003 to point to the SRS.  When I try to do that I get an error c103aa1d Unable to contact the exchange server, please ensure that you connections are configured correctly.  The server is up and the service is running.  What am I missing??

I fixed it.  It seems that the SRS is not hard coded to 379 like MS says.  It picks up the port listed in the LDAP properties for the 5.5 Site if its not 389.  This question can be closed if no one has any objections

I got the same error. Your solution worked fine. My next question is when and how to change the SRS port to 379? Thanks.
