Downloadable server 2k3 utility

Windows 2003 server had a utility that you could download for free from microsoft  I cannot remember the name of it but I remember I wanted it to manag user rights.

Any chance you know and or know the link to it?

Well I seen a screen shot...

I looked like you could pick a group and just go down the list... like control pannel allow or not allow
Programs installed allow not allow that kind of thing.

It looked like it was really good for a noob like me.  I cannot remember where I read about it. I was on a site learning how to set up my 2k3 server and it was talking about this program so I jumped over and looked at it.

It kind of sounds like you are talking about Group Policy.

Start -> run -> GPEdit.msc

Yeah it s like GPedit.msc  but the thing is it looked VERY simple to use.

I am a noob and trying to take as many short cuts as I can
