I have a weird problem with folder list in outlook 2002 on w2k pro PC. I have a user who whevever a mailbox is added to her outlook profile her public, personal folder and the mailbox that was added to her profile is above her mailbox in the folder list. When I remove her mailbox and readd the mailbox without the addtional mailbox she is fine. But the moment I add the addtional mailbox to her profile the above is the result. In previous versions of outlook If I add  any mailbox to a user's outlook profile only the added mailbox will appear above the users mailbox with the personal and public folders below the users mailbox. I know someone has seen this problem before and I cannot find any documentation about this problem.

Thanks,

Hi rroman,
All I can suggest is that the display is alphabetical. If you would like the folders to appear below, start with a z, if you want it to appear above, start with a period (.)
